Before recording, you confirm consent in the app, and that confirmation is logged. For a child, that is the parent or guardian’s consent. The audio is processed in memory and never stored.
No. PraxiLog doesn’t connect to test equipment. On Paperless you can attach audiograms and test results to the patient’s record as documents, up to 20 MB each.
No. Draft with AI and AI Scribe only structure what you typed or what was said in the session. If there is nothing for a section, it stays empty, and you review every note before saving it.
Per practitioner: R399 a month on Starter or R599 on Paperless. Owners and practitioners are billed; admins and receptionists are free. Practices with 2 or more practitioners get 10% off every seat, rising to 15% at 4, 20% at 7 and 25% at 11.
