Questions from occupational therapists
Yes. Email a secure intake link. Parents fill in personal and medical aid details, allergies, conditions, medication and the reason for the visit, and sign consent. You approve it and the patient is created. Links expire after 7 days.
Yes. Group is one of the session types, alongside individual, assessment and couple sessions, so group work shows clearly in your calendar.
No. Draft with AI and AI Scribe only structure what you typed or what was said in the session. If there is nothing for a section, it stays empty, and you review every note before saving it.
Per practitioner: R399 a month on Starter or R599 on Paperless. Owners and practitioners are billed; admins and receptionists are free. Practices with 2 or more practitioners get 10% off every seat, rising to 15% at 4, 20% at 7 and 25% at 11.
Yes. 30 days free on either plan, with no card needed. Add a card before the trial ends and you won't be charged until it does. Each practice gets one trial.
